Ingredients2 c diced tomatoes
1 c diced orange bell pepper
1/2 c diced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1-2 tbsp minced jalapeño pepper
1/4 c lime juice
Directions1. Mix all the chopped vegetables.
2. Stir in lime juice.
Tips
Add more or less jalapeño depending on how spicy you want it.
If you have the genetic code for it, add 1-2 tsp chopped cilantro.
