Ingredients
8-12 carrots, peeled
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Directions
1. Cut carrots into 1/4 inch thick disks.
2. Melt butter in pan on medium heat.
3. Add sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Bring mix to a boil.
4. Add carrots, bring liquids back to a boil.
5. Add honey. Stir and cook, covered (stirring periodically) until the carrots are soft.
6. Serve hot.
