Sauteed Spinach with Turkey Bacon

Ingredients


3 slices thin cut turkey bacon
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
8 cups fresh spinach
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp olive oil

Directions 


1. Cook turkey bacon. Chop into smaller pieces. Set aside.
2. Squeeze lemon juice. Set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
4. Put spinach in pan and stir.
5. As the spinach begins to wilt, add in lemon juice, bacon, and red pepper flakes (add more or less, depending on how spicy you want this).
6. Continue to stir until spinach is wilted.
7. Serve hot.
