Ingredients
1/8 tsp corriander
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp tumeric
1 c beer
2 eggs, beaten
2 c water
1/2 c cornmeal
1 c flour
1/2 c Panko crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
1. Preheat oil for frying.
2. Combine all batter ingredients.
3. Coat fish in batter (I use a white fish).
4. Fry until golden brown.
5. When you remove the fish from the oil, place them on a piece of paper bag or paper towels to soak up some of the excess oil.
