Ingredients
1/2 cucumber
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. fresh dill
juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
1. Peel the cucumber, then use a spoon to remove the seeds.
2. Chop the cucumber into pieces and sprinkle with salt. Set aside in a colander to drain for at least 30 minutes.
3. Mince garlic and finely chop dill.
4. Juice 1/2 lemon.
5. Remove cucumber from colander and chop into smaller pieces.
6. Combine all ingredients.
