Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

1/2cup Italian Dressing 
1/2 cup honey mustard 
1/2 cup Dijon mustard 
1/4 cup stone ground or horseradish mustard (you can add up to a 1/2 cup of this if you like your chicken a little spicier) 
3-4 chicken breasts, diced 
1/2 tsp. paprika 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder 
1/4 tsp. ginger powder 
1/4 tsp. cumin powder 
1 tbsp. olive oil 

Directions

1. Whisk together Italian dressing, mustards, and spices.
2. Coat chicken with mixture.
3. Heat up olive oil in a medium sized skillet on medium to medium-high heat.
4. Pour chicken mixture into heated skillet. Stir while cooking.
5. Cook until chicken begins to brown. 

Tips

To make a non-dairy version, be sure to check the ingredients on the Italian dressing.
