Cinnamon Cayenne Candy Almonds

Ingredients

1 pound raw almonds
2 egg whites
1 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 250ºF.
2. Using a hand mixer, mix egg whites and water until the mixture is foamy.
3. Stir in spices.
4. Stir in almonds.
5. Spread the mix onto a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours, stirring every 15-20 minutes to evenly dry the coated nuts.
7. Allow mix to cool.
